Netflix Together

A watch party built into Netflix: stream the same show with people on their own accounts, and when anyone pauses, it pauses for everyone.

It started with “Netflix cheating”, watching ahead of a partner after agreeing to watch together, which half of people in relationships admit to. Netflix Together adds a Together tab to the TV app. Lock the shows and movies you want to watch as a pair, invite friends with a code, and keep it shut with a passcode so nobody skips ahead. The line: experience Netflix differently.
